- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Open your Account page and choose Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes. Use Manage billing on your Account page to change plan or billing period. Stripe adjusts the price for the time you have left.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits never expire, and they are only used after your monthly allowance runs out.
- How does the Family plan work?
- You invite up to 4 other people by email. Each person gets their own account and their own private checks — nobody, including you, can see what anyone else submitted. The 600-check monthly allowance is shared.
- Do I need a card for the free plan?
- No. Create an account and you get 5 checks every month, with no card and nothing to cancel.
- How do I pay?
- Payment goes through Stripe’s secure checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s page, not ours.
